Account and profile

You create your account and profile directly from the Coloquio app. If you can't sign in, check that you're using the same method (email, Google or Apple) you originally registered with; if the problem continues, write to us.

To permanently delete your account, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account inside the app, or read the full process at Delete account.

Tickets and payments

Tickets for paid events are purchased inside the app via Stripe, and land in your profile under My tickets as soon as payment is confirmed.

If an event is cancelled or the organizer approves a refund, you get back the ticket's base cost — Coloquio's 12% service fee is non-refundable. The organizer has up to 48 hours to process the refund, and your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to reflect it. Full details are in Terms of Service.

Payment didn't go through, or your ticket never showed up? Write to us with the email you purchased with and the event name.

Your ticket in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

From your ticket screen inside the app, tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Walletto save your ticket to your phone's Wallet. Once added, it updates itself if the organizer changes the event's time or location.

Switched phones or deleted the pass by accident? Go back to the ticket screen in the app and add it again — nothing needs to be repurchased.

Organizing your own event

Any user can publish an event from the app. If you'll be selling tickets, review the Organizer Terms before publishing — they cover minimum pricing, fees, and your obligations if you cancel.

Safety and inappropriate content

Use the Report button available on any event, profile or piece of content inside the app — reports are reviewed with priority. For cases involving minors, follow the process described in Child Safety.
