Delete your account and your data
Coloquio
This page lets you delete your Coloquio account and the associated personal data without sending any email and without installing the app. Just confirm your identity with a code we'll send to your email and press delete.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you start: if you have upcoming events with tickets already sold, you must cancel or refund them in the app first. Until then, your account can't be deleted. Free events and paid events with no sales don't block deletion.

What gets deleted
When the deletion runs, the following is removed immediately:
- Your personal data: profile, memories, comments, RSVPs, and follows.
- Your files in storage: profile picture, event covers, and memories.
- Your free events and any paid events with no sales.
What we keep and for how long
Some information is kept after deletion — either unlinked from your identity or as required by law:

| Order and payout records (Stripe) | Retained but anonymized for 5+ years, by legal/tax obligation |
| Support data (if you opened a request) | 90 days after it is resolved |
Other ways to delete your account
- From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- By email (last resort):if you can't use this form, email us at zdenkoabarca@coloquio.space from your account's email address.
